Keep your animals away from this arrogant, self-centered, insensitive so called Veterinarian. I can sense terrible people a mile away.
I wouldn't take my dead rat there for disposal.... from the receptionist to the doctor himself are rude, no manners, terrible customer service. I feel bad for the animals. PITA needs to come check these folks out!
Great experience, great doctor. Brought in a new puppy for shots. Entire staff very friendly and helpful. Won't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!
Best veterinarian and staff in Texas. Have entrusted my fur children to Dr Motl's care for many years. I've never been disappointed with the care and courtesy that he and his staff have shown me and my pets.

Do not go here!!! This Veterinarian has terrible bedside manner and is extremely arrogant and expensive!! Luckily I dont live here. Back home we have vets that truly care about animals as well as their owners. This guy came in with a know it all attitude. Immediately he was annoyed with me trying to help by holding my dog as well as me being close to "his table". My dog had a terrible ear ache. I tried comforting my dog as he was grabbing her head to look in her ear. He looked down at me and rudely said " you never tell a dog (in a mocking voice), It's ok, its ok. You are just teaching her that her behavior right now is acceptable". I said, " I know about positive and negative reinforcements, I am trying to comfort her! She's very well trained but She's a lil over a yr and hasnt been in a vet office, she's scared!" He interrupted me to say "this dog isnt trained well at all. With you being over here, I'll be responsible for all of us getting bit, we need to get a muzzle." I said, "WIW she is freaked and and scared to death and you can tell she isn't trained well!?" My puppy was yelping because her ears hurt and he put this terrible muzzle on her that gave her anxiety and was panting hard. My puppy has NEVER tried to bite anyone, she is the sweetest dog and she listens extremely well. I wish she would have bit his mean self! I have oned several dogs, and have trained peoples dogs for them. EVERY Vet I've ever been to knows that an owner wants to comfort their dog and is sensitive to both the dog wanting their owner and vice versa. We have Vets in Austin/Round Rock that do their job for the right reason, not to rip people off and be rude to your clientele. My dog had wax put in her ears as well as a heart worm screening, the bill here would have been $45. I was charged $200!!!! For him to look at a sample under a microscope and to put stuff in her ears. This place is a crap hole so he must be pocketing the 300+ margin he's charging. The kindest, cheapest vets here are the agricultural vets. Even the Fancy places or 24hr vets do not charge that much. Funny how this guy condescendingly tried to teach me about reinforcements when my degree is in behavioral science. I garuntee my dogs act 10xs better than his.
