I've never had a problem with my mail!
What kind of morons leave expensive packages at the door at a crowded apartment complex??!!
Seriously no help! The company I ordered from did their job by sending the package! And USPS misplaced or lost my package! And they didn't care!! They didn't even try to help me solve my problem! i'm so upset and disappointed with this.

These people need to communicate better. My father passed away in October and we tried to get the mail picked up with the Death Certificate. They told me I had to have a document showing that I was the person responsible for the estate. We asked if they could hold the mail for an undetermined amount of time, they said yes. During this time, I called a few times just to make sure they were holding the mail and they always told me yes every time. Fast forward 4 months later, my lawyer called and spoke with the post master, and was told all we had to do was to go online and fill out a change of address, pay the fee and all would be set. Really?? They couldn't tell me this in the beginning? I called a few weeks ago and asked them to take the held mail and resubmit it so I could receive it, I never got anything more than the usual mail, so I called again today, and the post master said they only hold mail for up to 30 days and would check and see if there was any and send it through. Talk about frustrating. These people need to get it together and train their people to know what to say, when. Had I been told to go online and fill out the forwarding address, this would have been avoided. I need this mail so I can do my fathers taxes.
That is a no-brainer. Stolen package and no help from the post office! There reply was basically "Oh Well"!
