Please do not consider this cemetery. The last two months I have been by to visit family graves, and it is sad, sad, sad. At first I thought perhaps it was the frequent showers, but then I went to the Port Lavaca Cemetery, and also the Seadrift Cemetery, and they looked beautiful. Not sure what happened to the perpetual care part of the cemetery, but it is NOT being taken care of. Some flat tombstones are so covered with grass that you cannot find the markers. It is privately owned now, so hopefully the state can help get it back on track.
